“Being a trainee was a wonderful opportunity to network with a lot of people throughout the company. People knew I was a trainee and were happy to take the time to teach me about the company and the opportunities available. It was also wonderful learning about the company as a whole and not just my job. Seeing the bigger picture allows me understand my job better and how it relates to others around me.” – Dana M.
