Recruiting Process
Our goal is to hire the right person for every position. Our recruiting process is carefully designed to help us meet that goal and has several steps:
- Candidates must create a profile and upload their resume when applying directly for an open position. The profile includes basic candidate information and allows the candidate to create a user login. The candidate's resume and information will be saved in Great American’s talent database.
- Candidates can search and apply online for open positions.
- Once a candidate applies for a position, he or she will receive a notification e-mail confirming their application has been received. This ensures that their application has been received by the HR team and is now a part of the talent database.
- If a candidate's qualifications match position requirements, a human resources representative will contact him/her. As part of our interviewing process, we may hold phone interviews, face-to-face interviews and assessments to assist in our selection process.
- After the selected candidates are interviewed, a hiring decision may be made. Candidates are notified regarding their status.
