Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time employees of Great American are eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement program. The company believes in providing opportunities for employees to continue their education and to expand their knowledge to be more effective in their job. Our tuition program focuses on both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
Educational Incentive Award
Not only does Great American reimburse employees for furthering their education, we also provide incentives for completing education and selected courses. It is just our way of congratulating and reinforcing how important education is to our organization. Incentive awards are given upon successful completion of a business degreed program and insurance designation courses.
