Our Benefits Package Includes:
Medical
We offer three different consumer driven medical plans offering coverage levels designed to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. These plans offer employees control over the healthcare they receive and have differing deductible, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximum amounts. We currently work with UnitedHealthCare to administer our health insurance plans.
Dental
Dental benefits are provided through MetLife with no provider restrictions. Coverage level is based on services provided. In addition, discounted services are provided through a preferred network of dental providers.
Vision
We offer a vision program through UHC Vision. The plan provides savings on eye-care needs, including eye exams, frames, lenses and contacts.
Short-Term Disability & Long-term Disability Insurance
We provide short-term disability benefits upon completion of six months of service if an employee becomes disabled and unable to work. Long-term disability benefits are provided from the first day of employment. LTD benefits cover disability after short-term disability benefits have been exhausted.
Life Insurance
Basic life insurance is provided to all full time employees at no cost. The option to purchase additional personal life insurance and dependent life insurance is also available.

The AFGreatHealth Challenge was a company-sponsored wellness initiative that challenged employees to participate in free health screenings, along with walking and weight management programs with the overall goal to improve their health. As part of the challenge, employees had a five month period to reach certain health goals. To encourage employee participation, we offered incentives including the chance to win a car, a $10,000 or a $5,000 shopping spree and many other great prizes!
