Great American's Executive Liability Division (ELD) offers independent agents and brokers a specialized facility for Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance (D&O) and related professional liability coverages, including Fiduciary Liability and Employment Practices Liability.

The ELD has the capacity and strength to meet the needs of large, prestigious Insureds, as well as small, local organizations. The Division also has the capability to offer coverage to more difficult or non-standard Directors and Officers (D & O) risks. Limits up to $25 million are available.

Underwriting, claims, accounting and marketing are handled from our main office in Schaumburg, IL, as well as our regional offices located in Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Princeton, NJ; and Toronto, Ontario.
